I’m Erin Ashley!
As a woman of color in marketing and a high-functioning woman with ADHD, I have navigated unique challenges that highlighted the need for a supportive community. This inspired me to create Every Marketing Woman, a space where diverse and underserved women are prioritized. My mission is to bridge gaps in success and equity by providing access to tools, knowledge, and opportunities. I am dedicated to building a community where women of color, women with neurodivergence, and first-generation professionals can thrive. Together, we can create an inclusive and empowering environment for all women in marketing.
